我是一個很喜歡入廚的人,煮的東西大多是簡單的中西式家常主菜,好似菜心炒牛肉、洋蔥豬排、各式各樣的意大利粉等等。不過甜品就從未弄過,一來我不太喜歡甜的東西,二來覺得女仔才是弄甜品的高手,可能因為女仔鍾意sweet的感覺。世事難料,我在大概一個月前就第一次做muffin。事緣是一間在東華三院黃竹坑服務綜合大樓內叫做樂聚亭的coffee shop成立三週年,攪了一個party,因為我曾經在那兒當過義工,所以我都被邀請,不過就要自備一種食物和大家分享。在時間緊迫的情況下,我只好走到Great買了一盒麪粉,再到rita家做muffin。好彩盒上有說明書,做時都不至於雞手鴨腳,不過要把那加了雞蛋和水的粉糰攪勻就花點氣力了。最後都成功完成,不過賣相就.................大家自己睇吧.......
